As a certified Mental Health Coach through the International Board of Christian Care (IBCC), I specialize in Compulsive and Addictive Sexual Behavior, providing the tools and guidance needed to break free from cycles of addiction and find lasting healing. I believe we are creatures of habit and structure by design and I love collecting data that helps us map out a course for your healing journey. I’m passionate about guiding women as they reclaim their sense of purpose and passion, watching them thrive and find joy in every aspect of their lives.  I love leading groups and seeing women grow together, encourage each other, and build meaningful connections.
